   Scoped in writing

   Before the call, we ask for a short written brief (two paragraphs). After the call, we send back a written assessment within 24 hours.

   Honest NFTs

   If the problem isn't a good fit for Arkadia, we'll say so and — where possible — recommend a better fit. No wasted cycles.

   No pressure to buy

   The call ends with clarity on whether a follow-up proposal makes sense. If not, that's fine; no hard-sell, no drip sequence.
