We collect only the information needed to operate the site and fulfill orders: your name, email, shipping address, and a Stripe payment-processor token (we never see your card number). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing, and we do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
Order data. Order details are retained for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law (typically 7 years). After that, identifying fields are anonymized.
Site analytics. We log first-party page views and IP-derived approximate location. We do not embed third-party analytics scripts.
Account data. If you create an account, we store your email, hashed password (Argon2id), and the timestamp of your last login. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@arkadiaanalytics.com.
